C3 global join 'us' Alliance quartet in Australia
C3 global can announce a new and exciting business opportunity in Australia with the ‘us’ Alliance, a quartet of commercial entities comprising of South East Water Ltd, Thiess Services, Siemens and MWH, C3’s partner in the Water Utilities sector.
The ‘us’ Alliance delivers a range of integrated and certified design, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance services from customer relationship management to asset lifecycle support.
By having 4 individual companies working together, the ‘us’ Alliance found that problems arose when trying to organize the different management processes and reporting methods attributed to each project: they had no facility to oversee the status of individual projects or all of the projects as a whole. C3 global were introduced to find a solution by using their Amulet application as a data warehouse with a web based front-end for accessing the information via dashboards.
C3 Global was selected to deliver the data warehouse due to the storage flexibility of their Amulet product, and the customisable web based reporting engine. By working with the ‘us’ Alliance, the C3 global project management solution will enable the spread of disparate data to be more intrinsically accessible, understandable and more visual, leading to further enhanced business decisions and an improvement in project performance.
