Asset Performance
Unlock your business potential
C3 global's Asset Performance Management (APM) solution combines time-sequenced process data with data from transactional systems, providing managers with a better understanding of their current operational standing, while giving business directors the opportunity to review single and multi-site performance simultaneously. APM will provide your company with the ability to monitor, analyse and maintain assets continuously, giving you that extra competitive advantage over your rivals by using this data to aid operational decision support in areas such as:
- Asset tracking and performance
- Asset health and environmental compliance
- Downtime and implementing preventative measures
- Reliability and Risk/predictive
- Strategic Planning and "what-if" scenarios
- Improving in these areas will create extra value for your business and improve your business decisions.
The C3 Asset Performance Management system (APM) is fully configurable system designed to collect, analyse and display alarms on machine level data to optimise performance and maintenance of distributed assets. APM uses this data and alarm/threshold information to drive performance levels and maintenance activities and provide a fully audited history of individual incidents throughout the life cycle. Information, data and actions from the APM system can be managed from central locations and viewed, acted upon and managed by a variety of user groups. The system is fully integrated in such a way that, given appropriate access, any individual can monitor and manage any incident from the initial automated alarm to the completion of maintenance activities. In addition, the APM system has the capability to provide both high level and detailed analysis and reporting of alarms and subsequent maintenance activity to help identify both weaknesses and areas of best practise to continuously improve business activity.
C3 global's Alarm Management System (AMS) can handle alarms generated by devices, reported incidents and warnings from periodical maintenance plans by analysing data from an M2M sub-system. It can also analyse alarms and associated activities to help improve reliability and identify poor performance.
In order to facilitate continuous operational improvement, targeted analysis and reporting are key requirements. The APM provides an extensive set of reports and report building tools which ensure that the appropriate information gets to those people who need it. The key focus of AMS reporting is to turn engineering and operational data into management information with a real focus on business decision support.
