Cost Performance

C3 global’s cost performance solution can measure the cost efficiency of equipment and services across all locations and service providers, providing benchmark comparisons to support investment and procurement decisions. It is also able to highlight business opportunities for cost reduction in deteriorating performance and energy usage, predicting failure and avoiding emergency call outs, variations from “best practice” by operational management and an asset management replacement plan based on condition not age.

Trending enables the store finance managers to understand the costs associated with refrigeration equipment. They now know how one manufacturers’ equipment compares with others in terms of operating costs, mean time between failures and power consumption; with this extra information, they are fully equipped to negotiate better prices with suppliers and achieve the lowest lifetime cost.

Contractor Management

Maintaining contract details, authorising payments and monitoring contract compliance, 3 of the main areas for monitoring 3rd party resources.

Benchmarking CPCs show how service contractors perform in terms of response time, number of calls to “fix” problems, time and materials charged to particular events. Buyers are better placed to choose service contractors and negotiate service levels and prices, further reducing lifetime costs.

Alarm Management System

Being able to monitor multiple assets across multiple sites from any location over a network is of real advantage to any large retailer, particularly in the refrigeration industry. Why react to a failure once it has happened, when it can be prevented, predicted and repaired on time and with no repercussions to the overall operation? Why send contractors and maintenance crews out to a problem which can be controlled and altered from a central location on line? C3 global can receive automated alarms from refrigeration units and other controllers then allocate the alarms to event managers and recorded interventions.

Our Alarm Management System (AMS) which can handle alarms generated by devices and reported incidents, warning from periodical maintenance plan or directly from the system which generates intelligent and predictive alarms by analysing data from the M2M sub-system. The alarms and associated activities can also be analysed to help improve reliability and identify poor performance for like-for-like and across multiple assets.

Alarm Management System (further)

In some cases of service management, studies have shown that in 60% of engineer callouts, the responding engineer fitted no new parts, and was therefore a waste of resources, time and money. C3 global’s expertise and knowledge can improve productivity, cut response times and improve overall performance.

Our Work Order Management solution takes care of the handling and management of issuing and tracking work instructions, and the recording of completions, materials, time, travel and other costs for maintenance call outs of service engineers in the field. Working in conjunction with the Alarm Management System, it enables the management and control of all activities associated with alarms and ensures field engineers have the supporting information and data to respond to any alarm event, manages the process of resolving alarms and associated maintenance activity, as well as providing a complete audit trail for all the activities.
